01Do my clinics pay anything?+
No. The clinic ordering portal is free for every clinic you serve — unlimited clinics, unlimited orders. Clinics are never counted toward your team size, so onboarding more clinics never raises your bill.
02Is it one product or different plans?+
One product — every customer gets the full platform, no feature gates. Price is set only by the size of your internal team, in packages for 15, 25 or 35 people. Plans start at AED 2,920/month + VAT.
03How does team-size pricing work?+
You pay for your internal team — admin, sales managers, reps, warehouse, accounts, marketing — in a package sized for 15, 25 or 35 people. Clinic users are free and uncounted. As your team grows you move to the next package; there's no per-seat metering to track.
04Isn't that more than tools like Odoo or Zoho per user?+
On the license sticker, a generic tool can look cheaper per user — but that's the wrong comparison. Those tools don't include a clinic ordering portal, batch/expiry (FEFO) inventory, VAT/TRN invoicing, per-clinic pricing with a margin floor or a rep CRM; you'd buy and stitch together several products and spend months configuring them. Amoura is one system that does all of it, live in days. And your clinics — often hundreds of accounts — order free and are never counted, so measured on what it actually replaces, Amoura's total cost is lower, not higher.
05Is VAT included?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT; UAE VAT (5%) is added on your invoice and is recoverable for VAT-registered businesses. Amoura also raises VAT/TRN-compliant invoices for your own sales automatically.
06Does Amoura sync with my accounting software?+
No — and it doesn't need to. Finance is built in: VAT/TRN invoicing, payments, credit limits and returns live inside Amoura, so it is your system of record for distribution billing. There is no external accounting sync to set up or maintain; export the figures your accountant needs.
07What about migrating my data?+
Included in founder-led onboarding. We migrate your catalog, clinics, price lists and open balances, and configure approvals, pricing rules and VAT settings with you — so you go live, not just licensed.
08Monthly or annual?+
Both — annual prepay saves about 2 months. Your data is yours and exportable at any time.
