How much does Amoura cost?
Amoura costs AED 315 per user per month including 5% UAE VAT, or AED 300 before VAT. Every user pays the same whatever the team size, with a minimum of 5 users. Clinic portal users are free, AI is included, and setup is a one-time fee from AED 5,250. For 12 users that is AED 3,780 a month.
Your clinics never pay. Clinic portal users are free and unlimited. You pay only for your internal team, so onboarding more clinics never raises your bill.

How much does Amoura cost?+
AED 315 per user per month including 5% VAT (AED 300 + VAT). Every user costs the same, whatever the size of your team. The minimum is 5 users.
Does the price per user change as we grow?+
No. Every user is AED 315 a month including VAT, whether you have 5 users or 100. Adding a user adds AED 315, removing one takes it off your next bill.
Who counts as a user?+
Your internal team: admin, managers, reps, warehouse, accounts and marketing. Clinic portal users are free and unlimited, so onboarding more clinics never raises your bill.
Is it one product or different plans?+
One product with every module. There are no packages, feature tiers or paid add-on modules.
Is AI included?+
Yes. AI insights are part of the per-user price, with no separate AI fee. Each company can run AI reports up to 3 times a day.
Is VAT included?+
Yes. Every price on this page includes 5% UAE VAT. Before VAT the price is AED 300 per user per month. VAT is recoverable for VAT-registered businesses.
What does setup cost?+
Setup is a one-time fee: AED 5,250 for up to 10 users and AED 10,500 for 11 to 30 users, both including VAT. For more than 30 users or an ERP integration we quote it. Setup covers data migration, users and roles, team training and close support in your first month. Clinics, doctors and opening balances are imported from CSV with duplicate detection. If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we refund 50% of the setup fee.
Monthly or annual billing?+
Pay monthly with no long contract and stop any time. Or pay a year up front and get 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and use it for 12. Your data is yours either way, and you can export all of it as CSV or Excel.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You get 14 days to use Amoura with your own team before you pay.
Are WhatsApp and email broadcasts extra?+
No. Campaigns go out from your own WhatsApp Business number and your own email. You pay Meta and your email provider directly for the messages, and Amoura adds nothing on top.
Does Amoura sync with my accounting software?+
No, and it doesn't need to. Finance is built in: VAT/TRN invoicing, payments, credit limits and returns live inside Amoura, so it is your system of record for distribution billing. There is no external accounting sync to set up or maintain. Export the figures your accountant needs.
