About these terms

These terms apply to the Amoura web app at app.amoura.ae and the Amoura iOS app. The service is operated byDAIM SP LLC - FZ under the name Amoura (amoura.ae), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If your company has a separate written agreement with Amoura, that agreement applies alongside these terms.

Who may use Amoura

Amoura is for business use only. It may be used by people who have been given an account by a customer company, meaning a distributor that subscribes to Amoura, or by staff of the clinics that distributor supplies. There is no public sign-up. You must be 18 or older.

Your company’s responsibilities

• The customer company is responsible for the data it and its users put into Amoura.
• The customer company decides who gets an account and what role they have, and removes access when someone should no longer have it.
• Each user keeps their own sign-in details private and does not share their account.

Acceptable use

When you use Amoura, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• try to get around its security, access data you are not allowed to see, or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software.

Your data

Business data stays the customer company’s data. Amoura processes it to provide the service. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Fees

Fees and payment terms are set out in the customer company’s agreement with Amoura.

The service

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without promises beyond those in these terms and the customer company’s agreement.

Suspension

We may suspend an account or a customer company’s access if Amoura is being misused, including any breach of the acceptable use rules above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
